The CS34 has a Schatz barometer on the starboard saloon bulkhead. The previous owner has removed something below it, probably a clock.
I had bought a quartz clock from Weams and Plath in Annapolis. Same size but didn't really match, and I really wanted a wind up ship's bell.
WYC Commodore John Berry collects ships bell clocks and picked up on eBay a Schatz that matches the barometer. I took the barometer off the boat today to compare.
Perfect match!
Just need to cleanup the brass on the barometer.

C22 HDPE Rudder
On the weekend I took the old gudgeons off little Still Time.
Old rudder on the left, new on the right. Notice how the rudder is balanced; the leading edge of the rudder if forward of the pivot point at the pintels. It will take less effort to steer. Note how the old rudder sweeps back.
The rudder is made one piece of plastic (no wood core to rot and split).
Look at the crack in the old rudder!
Look how much beefier the pintels and gudgeons are. The bushing is 1/2" (vs 3/8") and is made of delrin.
I will have to slightly modify the tiller to fit properly on the new rudder.
