Looks great!
Because it is air cooled, I was able to start it up.
Put the refinished crib boards (see above picture)
Added bow and stern lines.
Cleaned up all the junk underneath.
Put the two year old shrink wrap in the recycle bin.
Like how the tiller raises in the cockpit

However, she is not ready to sail
- Attach/re-bed new jib tracks
- Attach/re-bed stem fitting with new backer plate
- Mount cabin top winches
- Mount deck organizers
