CS34 Moonlight Cruise to CBYC

Whitby Yacht Club held their last moonlight cruise for the year after last week's was postponed because of severe weather. 

We went out with some friends Chris and Meryl with several WYC boats

• Courageous IV
• Vamoose Eh
• Et Tu
• Eclipse

There was maybe 5 knots of breeze inside of close hauled to the mark. We put the sails up, but used the motor more than sailing.  Once we passed the mark, we were able to motor sail at a lower RPM.

Still Time got to the Ajax Weather buoy and kept going to CBYC, arriving around 11pm.

Water was flat.

We parked on the wall in front of the clubhouse, and were able to hookup to shore power to run our heater.
