I could not get the 2hp Honda dingy motor to start.
Even got a blister on my finger pulling on the chord.
Probably old fuel in the carburator. Dropped the motor off with club member Don who works at Honda Canada. He was able to get the carb cleaned out in time.
Will pickup tonight.
Got the stand up paddled boards and dingy on the boat.
Will lash on the deck for the trip.
This morning I drove to Trident with my truck.
Had to have a vehicle to get back home with.
I had our boat partner Suzanne drive me to the Kingston VIA station.
$127 for a one way ticket to Oshawa Station.
Takes about 2 hours.
Only had to wait 8 minutes for the train to arrive at the station.
We are leaving tomorrow morning and sailing with our sailing friends Don and Judy who sold their sailboat last year. We will take the inside route to get Trident:
- Cobourg
- Trenton
- Picton
- Kingston
- Trident
Rita is getting the boat ready to head out on Saturday AM.
