CS34 Trenton

Sheila Dodd-Fernley ("Red" because of her red hair) is a dear friend of mine from way back; known here since before my daughter was born (1986).  I was at her wedding years ago and know her kids well.  She owns a successful flower shop called Rose Hips in Trenton right on the river on Front Street, just the other side of the bridge where we docked our boat.

We had her over for drinks and appetizers:

A GOOD TIME was had on STILL TIME.  But alas she had to leave to volunteer/work at the http://www.havelockjamboree.com/

On the other side of the bridge there was a band setting up.  We got an outside table at "The Port" bistro and had some mussels as the band started up:

The band was AWESOME, effortless blues rock to the max.
http://www.rossneilsen.com is a 3 piece blues band from New Brunswick.
We bought two of their CDs.

On the other side of the bridge you can see our boat and mast.

Was a great night, totally enjoyed our impromptu stay!
